The Ho Ho Ho Christmas Tournament was played on 17th December in a fun, festive spirit with plenty of laughter and Christmas cheer. Thanks Jackie for mixing the punch – it went down a treat!
The format was drawn triples, 4 games of 10 ends with a twist:
• Game 1: Normal game.
• Game 2: Position swap — Leads became Skips, Skips became Leads.
• Game 3: All players bowled using their non-bowling dominant arm.
• Game 4: No jack during play – at the end, the Skip delivered the jack aiming to finish closest to one of their own team’s bowls. A strategic game putting great pressure on the skips. Remember when skips say bowl the jack to my foot………
