Presidents Report Dippy thanked all committee members for their efforts during the year Proud to have got the Deed of Debt signed off Not running again because of health issues.
Bowls Northland:

Treasurer’s Report: As attached a $9423 profit for the year Moved that the Treasurer’s Report and accounts for payment approved KL/JA
Match Committee: JA donated the collection of wrong biases bowls to hospice $41.50
The honours board update due in next fortnight.
Raffles – Sell 40 tickets instead of 50. The Purchase of new raffle sheets 100 is at a cost of $136. Discussion on the purchase of having 40 Tickets for raffle when there are reduced numbers at tournaments.
Val reported 24 juniors for Saturday comp
Sunday roll-up numbers were down. This may be because of the weather or other commitments. We need to encourage members to come along. We did have 2 new members attend as a result of the “Have a Go Winter Bowls” that was advertised.
Jill resigned from Match committee after 2 years thanked all for their assistance.
Mangawhai Club: Dippy in talks with MCI President re bowls income from our participation in MCI bowls tournament
General Business: Ladies Patron – After general discussion it was decided unanimously for the committee to recommend to members at AGM that now we are one club we should have only one Patron at a time and as we have Len Lawrence already in that position we do not need another. KM/TD
